Our BBQ Plates are built the way real barbecue should be — simple, generous, and packed with slow-smoked flavor. Each plate features your choice of 1/3 lb of our pit-smoked proteins, cooked low and slow until tender and full of that rich, smoky bark.
Every plate comes with two scratch-made sides, fresh Texas toast or
